Heidi Jaramillo Navarro is a kindergarten teacher, artist, writer and poet.  Heidi and her husband, Rene and daughter, Shania reside in California. The family is very active on the powwow circuit as Native American dancers and singers. Heidi has performed across the US and abroad. Her talents and enthusiastic personality make her a very special representative for her Muscogee Creek heritage.
