Welcome to Perdido Bay Tribe.org.  This site is owned and operated by Perdido Bay Tribe of Southeastern Lower Muscogee Creek Indians, Inc., hereafter referred to as 'Perdido Bay Tribe' or 'its.' This privacy statement discloses what information Perdido Bay Tribe collects about each 'Visitor' to the Website and how Perdido Bay Tribe uses the collected information.

 

COLLECTION OF INFORMATION  -   Perdido Bay Tribe may collect statistical information on visits to this Website. Perdido Bay Tribe does not collect personal information on individual Visitors to this Website. Any information received  on Visitors to this site is submitted voluntarily by the Visitor through e-mail, telephone, direct mail, or other contact initiated by the Visitor.

 

DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION - No online transmission of data can be guaranteed to be 100% secure because "Perfect Security" does not exist on the Internet.  Whenever information is transmitted over the internet the information can be collected and used by others.  As a result, Perdido Bay Tribe does not guarantee the security of any online transmitted information and all transmissions are at Visitor's own risk.

Perdido Bay Tribe's Online Classroom includes a variety of learning materials appropriate for students at all levels working on school assignments. The educational material on our Online Classroom is as complete and easy to understand as possible.
